In unsettled times like these, it can be difficult for our mental health. Anxiety and depression is bound to creep up on us when the news is so bleak and we're facing a scary worldwide situation. I am trying my absolute best to stay positive and I'm making sure I'm doing all I can when it comes to cleanliness and social distancing.
I have the obligatory hand sanitiser and packet of tissues in my handbag at all times, and I recently picked up some antibacterial surface wipes to clean my phone, laptop keyboard and any other items that come into contact with my hands or face.
Many of us will be staying at home for longer periods of time to protect ourselves and others, so I thought I'd post some slow living inspiration that you may find brings you some peace and comfort, even if it's just for a moment.
